specially some countries at south asia they need really update their information system and practice the proper information.
Information rights one of the important rights. over there if some incident happens the informations goes to the peoples different way sometimes wrong way. if they got 20 news paper they will report different way but the same incident. sometimes the media got their own view, some media managed by individual political parties, or some syndicates. so the real information never reflects in their broadcasting.
worse thing is information article sensored by authorities too.
in singapore government and netizens are very very honest and good they are always helpful about profer information and maintains a good level of Information rights.
